Delivery Charges & Locations

  • Free delivery is available for orders over £75 within Mainland England, Scotland & Wales.

  • Orders of £74.99 or below are subject to a £5.95 delivery charge.

  • Deliveries to other UK destinations will incur a delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Timeframes & Carriers

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked, Parcel Force, Evri, or DPD, with delivery times varying depending on your location. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

If an item is out of stock or if there is any delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Instructions & Safe Place Requests

If you are not at home, your parcel can be left at an alternative safe address or location at your own risk. Please provide specific instructions in the ‘Order Notes’ box at checkout. Dogs & Duvets and our courier services cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods resulting from such requests.

 

Tracking & Delivery Updates

To receive courier delivery updates, including parcel tracking details, please provide a mobile number in addition to your email address at checkout.
