Returns Process
Please complete the Customer Returns Form included with your delivery. If you no longer have the form, please contact us for a replacement.
All returned items must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Dogs & Duvets cannot be held liable for any parcels that do not arrive back with us, so we strongly recommend retaining your proof of postage.
Please send your return to:

As long as the returned items are in new condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment card.

Warranty Process
At Dogs & Duvets, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products.
Thankfully, manufacturing faults are rare and typically become apparent shortly after the product is first used.
If you believe your item has developed a fault, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing office@dogsandsduvets.co.uk with photos of the fault. Our team will assess the issue and discuss the best way to resolve it.
